About Janet

Janet has been teaching others to cook for the past 25 years. She was the Chef de Cuisine for a catering company for more than 10 years, overseeing the planning and preparation of small to large scale formal events. She continues to regularly cook for intimate dinner parties, anniversaries, and other special events. No matter how busy she is or who she has worked for, she always seems to come back to teaching others how to cook. Put Your Aprons On is Janet's dream come to reality as she teaches others from her community how to cook a variety of dishes from the elegant to the traditional.
