You will learn all about food preparation, meal planning, time management, and presentation. The various classes throughout the year will focus on everything from the traditional to the elegant. Classes are designed so you get the help you need to prepare an amazing meal, while maintaining a fun and friendly learning environment. Everything you need will be provided on the day of the class and each participating chef will take home the recipes for dishes prepared that day besides getting to eat a delicious meal.
